At SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your silk items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the silk fabric is folded carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
